Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 100 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

How do you ship packages?

Packages will be shipped by USPS, ePacket or Express depending on the weight and size of the product.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped free shipping from our warehouse in Shenzhen China. All packages will be inspected strictly before shipped out so don’t worry about the quality problem.

How long is the processing time?

The handling time is always 1-2 days after your order placed from Monday to Friday.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

Usually all items in one order or separate orders placed by the same buyer with same shipping address will be shipped in one package. If some item is out of stock temporarily in the order then we will ship the item available firstly. When the missing item restocked, it will be shipped in another package separately.

What about customs and tax?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

All our products in our store are taxless so you don't need to pay for tax.

It's been over 4+ weeks and I have not received my order, what can I do?

We have stated a few examples why receiving your order might take longer than expected. If you still haven't received your order within the timeframe given above, please contact us. We'll take care of it for you so rest assured your item is on the way! ☺

Why have I not received any order confirmation?

Most cases this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email wrong. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.

I entered my address wrong! Can you please change it?

Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully and enter the address in ENGLISH.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Modacases will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package. For orders that are returned to Modacases due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you; however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible.

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.

Returns or Exchanges

1. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition with original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed and altered in any way. Merchandise must be accompanied by the original product packaging.

    3. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance with our return conditions within 2 to 3 business days.

    4. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for the shipping back cost or re-ship cost if exchange or return for remorse. Otherwise, the seller is responsible for the shipping back and re-ship fee if shipping a wrong or defect product.

    5. We do not provide free return shipping labels. Customers are liable for return shipping back to us. We can send the lable files by email then customers print it by themselves or carrier.

    6. If you need to return the product, the shipping fee forth would be subtracted no matter whether it's free shipping fee or not when ordering. Since it's already paid to the courier when shipping. Your understanding is highly appreciated.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

    3. In which cases will you get full refund?

    • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer a 100% refund.
    • If the incorrect product was delivered - we offer a 100% refund or reship another new package.
    • If you did not receive your order for any reason - we offer a 100% refund or re-ship a new package to you again.

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
